Harry Pass Polytechnic is proudly the first polytechnic in the Federal Republic of Nigeria to gain accreditation by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) to offer the National Diploma (ND) in Law, granted in March 2025. The Legal Studies Department is committed to equipping students with a solid foundation in the nature, purpose, and function of law—especially within the context of justice administration and modern governance. The program also trains students to understand and apply legal reasoning, interpret statutes, and handle emerging legal challenges in contemporary society.
